Our structured programs combine in-home intervention, explicit parent coaching, personalized resources and home activity programs, and progress monitoring to help children build skills and sustainable habits where they matter most—during everyday routines, at school, and in the community.

  • Sensory + Self-Regulation Program

    Our 12-week in-home occupational therapy program is designed to support your child in navigating big feelings, challenging behaviors and dysregulation that is a impacting daily routines.
    Valid for 3 months

    • Dedicated parent coaching and collaboration sessions (3)
    • Consistent progress monitoring

  • Developmental Milestone + Independence

    650$
    Every month
    An individualized 12-week program focused on closing developmental gaps and improving participation in daily activities through targeted intervention, parent coaching, and home-based support.
    Valid for 3 months

    Already working with a Playworks OT? Keep the momentum going with personalized therapy programs that evolve with your child's needs through continued treatment and family collaboration.

  • Parent Coaching Program

    610$
     
    A 6-week program built for real-life support with expert insight. Individualized coaching to better understand your child's strengths and needs, practical strategies to implement at home the same day.
     
    • Six (6) weekly meetings with an experienced pediatric OT
    • Practical strategies and personalized resources
    • Consistent progress monitoring and plan adjustment as needed

  • Special Education + IEP Advocacy

    490$
     
    Personalized guidance for families navigating school concerns, including evaluation requests, IEPs, 504 plans, behavior support plans, school meetings, and communication with educational teams.
     
    • Initial intake and review of relevant academic history
    • Consultation to create individualized action plan
    • Attendance and participation at one (1) school meeting
    • Follow-up meeting, review and recommendations
    • Additional consultation/meeting available, billed separately
