Occupational Therapy Evaluation - $250

Comprehensive history intake
Formal and/or informal assessment measures
Interpretation of results
Development of treatment plan
Time for eval will vary, may require multiple sessions

Initial Parent Consultation - $250

Initial intake/ file review
In-person or virtual meeting
Action strategies and/or activity recommendations provided as needed
Additional consult time $120/hour

Occupational Therapy Treatment - $60-120

30-60 minutes
One-on-one personalized therapy activities
Parent education provided to maximize skill carryover
Treatment packages available at discounted prices, ask for details

Initial IEP Advocacy Meeting - $250

Initial intake/ file review
In-person or virtual meetings
Additional meeting time $120/hour
